We want you to enjoy every bottle of wine you buy from us. If there's ever a problem with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged Packaging
If your case arrives damaged and the bottles have been affected, please contact us within 3 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Delays or Missing Deliveries
We work with trusted couriers to ensure your wine arrives safely and on time. However, if your order is delayed or goes missing in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll liaise with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note: once your order has been dispatched, we rely on third-party couriers for delivery. While we can't take responsibility for delays beyond our control (such as weather or courier issues), we'll always do our best to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
Faulty Wines (Corked, Oxidised, Tainted)
If you find that a wine is affected by a fault when you open it, we'll be happy to refund you for that bottle. Our winemakers take great care to produce stable, well-made wines using high-quality corks, so we hope this will be a rare occurrence.
Change of Mind
Because wine is a perishable product, we're unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind after delivery.
