We’re excited to have landed our first shipment from Bodegas Gardel, a modern, organic, relatively small winery in Castilla-la Mancha. We have worked with them to modernise their labels, whilst still paying homage to the 700 year old windmills of Las Mesas.
The vineyards are at 700m altitude on very rocky, baron land, west of Serrania de Cuenca national park. And close to other woodlands and peaks.
Both wines are full of fruit, fresh and textured and, we think, the perfect 'house' wine
